Who we are

We are 4impact capital, backers of software companies where impact and profit reinforce each other. We invest pre-seed to Series A across the Benelux, Nordics and DACH, with tickets of €500k to €3M and reserves for follow-ons. We look for founders solving real environmental and social problems at scale.

Funding Requirements

We invest in pre-seed, seed and Series A, with initial tickets of €500k to €3M and capital reserved for follow-ons. We back software and software-enabled companies headquartered in the Benelux, the Nordics or DACH, where the impact comes from the product itself rather than how the business is run, and where growth and impact move together. We want to see early commercial evidence, or a credible path to it, and a product portable enough to scale beyond the home country. If that sounds like you, send us your deck.

Value add

Beyond capital, our value sits in our network and our people. Our venture partners have scaled software companies internationally and work with founders on what that takes: pricing into new markets, hiring commercial teams abroad, go-to-market that travels. We open doors, and we are available for sparring between board meetings.
