Who we are

We are an impact investment firm that does both PE and VC investments. We are industry generalists and dictate our investments based on specific geographies and distressed or rural census tracts.

Funding Requirements

We invest in small businesses, affordable housing and renewable energy with an emphasis on driving capital to underserved areas.

We look to make an impact on communities starting with the businesses in those areas. We look to support the growth of these companies and increase the number of accessible jobs in distressed communities with capital.

Value add

We let the management team be the experts and maintain full control of the company, with our continued support with financial decisions and follow-on capital, as needed. We can help our portfolio companies achieve financial success and be a resource for them, including acquisitions and sourcing other follow-on capital, management, introductions, etc.
