Alpha Square Group (ASG) is a New York-based investment firm that invests in global innovation across public and private markets, backing cutting-edge companies and top-tier managers across the Enterprise SaaS, Fintech, and Crypto/Web3 sectors. ASG is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and has more than $1 billion in AUM.

Funding Requirements

We invest in Series B to Pre-IPO companies with cheques from $3-15M. We often invest in multiple subsequent rounds. We primarily invest in top-performing fintech, Enterprise SaaS, and Crypto/Web3 startups. Rapid revenue growth and a run rate of at least $5M; exciting unit economics that demonstrate the potential to be highly profitable at scale.
