Who we are

We are a VC firm that partners with high-growth B2B software companies from Seed through growth.

Funding Requirements

We invest in B2B software companies across a number of industries, from Seed to Series B, as a minority investor with checks up to 3M USD. Our first check tends to be in the 200-500K range. Because of the value we can add in reaching new customers, we work with startups that are ready to utilize that platform to the fullest. That typically means $500k ARR with significant growth at a minimum for our seed-stage investments.

Value add

We provide a suite of GTM tools for select portfolio companies. At the core is WinDifferent, our proprietary lead generation platform, the same engine that scaled BairesDev. Battle-tested infrastructure, run by the team that built it. Since 2021, we've generated over 220,000 leads and $40M+ in revenue for startups.
