BH3 Growth Equity (“BGE”) is the growth equity arm of BH3 Management, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager, operator and developer. BGE provides capital to operating businesses within the real estate, construction and adjacent sectors.

Funding Requirements

We invest in proptech, construction technology, sustainable building materials, modular construction, property management, hotels & hospitality and other adjacent real estate and construction sectors.

Value add

BGE deploys capital where it can create value for the company and its stakeholders from BH3’s deep real estate experience, relationships, and real asset portfolio.
