We are a World Economic Forum recognized venture capital firm investing globally in overlooked regions (with a focus on those in North America) into underrepresented founders using innovation and science to solve the climate crises' most challenging problems.

Funding Requirements

We invest in preseed/seed stage Black and other underrepresented entrepreneurs in ClimateTech/CleanTech that have a strong, clear path to revenue, who's solution solves a meaningful aspect of the climate crisis. Hard value cap at $10M.

Value add

We are active participants in connecting our startups to our network of impact investors, regional business development contacts (in US and Canada), and scouting for enterprise leads in connection with our portfolio companies.
