Blue Ridge Labs empowers tech-driven founders to tackle society’s hardest problems. As a venture studio and accelerator, we support bold, mission-oriented entrepreneurs building technology that drives economic mobility. Based in Brooklyn, we believe real impact starts with listening. That’s why we center the voices of those most impacted through our Design Insight Group (DIG) — a 5,000+ strong community of New Yorkers experiencing poverty who collaborate in the research, testing, and co-design of new tools and services. From ideation to launch, we work side-by-side with founders to build ventures that are both scalable and socially impactful

Funding Requirements

We accelerate pre-seed social impact technology startups building scalable solutions in housing, workforce development, financial access, health equity, education, language learning, and food access, supporting founders with validated MVPs that improve economic mobility and outcomes for low-income communities.

Value add

We support social impact startups with workspace, expert mentorship, user testing, strategic partnerships, fundraising guidance, investor exposure, and follow-on funding opportunities.
