We are an exited founder and operator led seed fund investing in tech and AI companies driving transformation in the future of learning and work.

Funding Requirements

We invest in transformative technology driving economic mobility across the learner lifecycle from early childhood to workforce. Our hands-on, Operator-led Growth Studio is where we source, vet, advise, and embed with founding teams from Seed to Series A.

Value add

Our team of eight Operating Partners have served as founders and executives through more than seven successful exits in the future of learning and work sectors. We take a very hands-on approach, vetting companies for investment by providing pre-investment advising, investing in the top companies participating in the Studio. We then go deeper post-investment as temporary fractional executives, helping businesses rapidly scale to the Series A where we may follow on.
