Who we are

Capital Mills' mission is to help companies fund their growth with maximum capital efficiency. This might seem obvious, but in venture capital - this is a differentiating characteristic.
 
We therefore provide three types of financing: Equity (up to €2,5m), Revenue-Based Financing (up to €1,25m), Secondaries (when EBITDA-positive) in predominantly B2B Software companies.

Funding Requirements

We invest in Western-European B2B SaaS companies with €1m+ ARR.

Value add

We support founding teams with internationalization, go-to-market and pricing. Our founding partners are experienced exited ex-entrepreneurs, and our investment team can support you with the lessons we learned after investing in 20 tech companies.
