Founded in 2013, Celesta Capital is a global deep tech venture firm backing the breakthroughs that will power the next decade of technology advancement. Led by operator-investors with decades of company building experience, we partner early to help founders turn ideas into generational companies.

Funding Requirements

We invest in deeptech. Celesta's deep tech thesis is straightforward: invest with technical rigor at the infra layer, back real IP solving real problems, and partner with founders with deep domain expertise to build enduring companies.

Our investments target four main areas: semiconductors and intelligent systems, next-gen infrastructure, bio-convergence, and tech-enabled industry transformation. We invest early (seed - series B) in strategic corridors in the USA, Canada, India. "

Value add

Celesta's investment team includes 11 former Founder-CEOs, holds over 600 patents, has collectively started more than 40 businesses, and lead more than 250 M&A deals. We leverage that accrued “intellectual capital” to offer founding teams support throughout their lifecycle, helping to reduce growth “harmonics” – the ups and downs that slow progress – so they can accelerate their speed and level of success.
