Who we are

We usually join rounds but can lead smaller ones when it makes sense. Right now, we’re investing out of Fund II and also have a partnership with Capital One to back companies that improve financial health for the LMI community or small businesses.

Funding Requirements

We invest in B2B and B2B2C companies that have figured out their GTM and are ready to scale. Our sweet spot is four verticals Fintech, HR Tech, PropTech, and Digital Industrials (but we are agnostic). We usually invest in companies doing $2M+ in ARR.

Value add

Our edge comes from our roots as a company that helped Global 2000 firms find licensable tech. Thanks to that history, we’re deeply connected at senior levels in these organizations and can open doors even before we invest.
