Companyon Ventures is the leading VC specialized in the Early Expansion stage, and are hyper-focused on bringing B2B companies from $1M to $10M in revenue. Based in Boston and NYC, we invest to help companies avoid the pitfalls in the transition between founder-led sales and scalable GTM-fit.

Funding Requirements

We invest in category-leading B2B SaaS, AI, and Fintech companies with at least $1M ARR, and at least 150% YoY growth. Raising $3-10M Late Seed, Seed+, Series A. We help our companies scale from early product-market fit to repeatable and scalable GTM-fit and their first $10M ARR. (No Life Sciences, Hardware, Consumer).

Time is a founder’s most valuable asset, and we’ve picked 3 functions that slow CEOs going from founder-led to GTM-fit, letting you focus on the business and accelerating the path from $1M-$10M ARR.

Talent: Full stack hiring, interview process creation, job descriptions, comp plans.

Finance/Data Science: Modeling, Forecasting, KPI Dashboards, Board Reporting.

Fundraising: Syndicating rounds, Venture Debt, intros to follow-on targets to avoid talking to with funds that aren’t actually a fit.
