Who we are

Coral Capital is a venture capital firm focused on helping build Japan’s next legendary companies. We are managing $240M in 3 flagship funds and 3 SPV/opportunity funds.

Funding Requirements

We invest across all stages and all industries, from SaaS all the way to fusion in search of the new generation of Sonys and Toyotas.
We invest $500K – $5m from Seed to Series A, then follow on up to $20m. Sometimes we do later stage SPVs, but only for founders we’ve previously invested in. At the moment, we only invest in Japan.

Value add

In addition to providing capital, we also run the most widely read VC blog and the largest startup career fair in the country.
