Who we are

FSG (Fåhraeus Startup and Growth) is a venture capital fund based in Lund, Sweden, founded in 2021. We have 26 portfolio companies across the Nordics, and our first exit was SAGA Diagnostics, acquired by Roche in 2026. FSG Fund II is backed by the European Investment Fund (EIF) under InvestEU.

Funding Requirements

We invest €1–6M from Seed to Series A in Nordic companies at the intersection of life science and tech: digital health, healthtech, healthcare software, medtech, connected medical devices, diagnostics and life science tools. Therapeutics selectively, in clinically de-risked phases. We back commercial-stage companies with clear signs of product-market fit.

Value add

We are hands-on, long-term partners to founders. Our team combines serial entrepreneurship with investment experience, and we bring sector expertise in life science, healthcare and technology, a strong network of operators and strategic partners, and practical help with growth, hiring, partnerships and fundraising.
