-Stage: Pre-Seed and Seed
-Business Model: Software (Marketplace, Enterprise & Vertical SaaS, FinTech)
-Sectors: B2B (or B2B2C Marketplaces)
-Geographies: United States, Canada, Latin America
-Check Size: $250-500K (Pre-Seed); $500-750K (Seed)
-Target Ownership: 5% at entry (2.5% minimum)
-Post-Money Valuation: $15M maximum at entry; <$10M strongly preferred
-Non-consensus: traditionally overlooked founders (background, geo, market)
-Lead: we don't lead rounds in the traditional sense, but we often help structure and/or write the largest check in pre-seed rounds
