We are a team of operators based in the Midwest committed to helping SMBs win in an AI-native economy.

Funding Requirements

We invest in Applied AI for local and small businesses, focusing on sectors with frontline workforces, complex service delivery, specialized workforces, and AI-readiness. Themes are: frontline excellence, intelligent operations, future infrastructure, and building for legacy. While we look at a broad range of sectors, we're specifically investing in industries with a high rate of SMBs and look for founders with the SMB owner/operator in mind. Today, we focus on US-based operations and invest exclusively in US-domiciled companies.

Value add

We add value in a few ways. First, we want founders to lead from an integrated and healthy internal life, so we invest in relationships with service providers that support founder wellbeing. Second, we build networks of SMB owner-operators who not only participate in diligence but also are a path to distribution for our portfolio companies.
