Funding Requirements

We invest in tech-enabled/IP backed business in late Seed / Series A. Must have a trailing 12 months of predictable revenue of least €1M and a proven business model with solid Unit Economics and healthy Balance Sheet .

Value add

We provide €1–3M senior secured loans to late seed and Series A B2Bs designed to complement or postpone an equity round. The founder keeps more ownership, the VC's stake dilutes less, and the company gets 12–18 additional months of runway to hit the milestones that justify the next round at a higher valuation.
