We are Germany's largest seed investor for high-tech startups, with over €3 billion under management. As a public-private partnership, it offers more than just capital - providing expertise, networking, and support from seed to exit. HTGF has invested in over 800 startups across various tech sectors, achieving 200+ successful exits.

Funding Requirements

We invest in early-stage companies with focus on B2B SaaS models, but also look into other opportunities. The venture should not be older than 3 years (since incorporation) and have a distinct focus on the German market.
