Who we are

The Hillman Accelerator is a diversity-focused technology accelerator that addresses the venture capital funding gap by supporting early-stage, scalable tech companies led by women and ethnic minorities. Operating on a structured, cohort-based model, the program provides selected pre-seed startups with a standardized $100,000 cash investment in exchange for a 7% to 8% equity stake. Beyond the capital injection, participating founders undergo an intensive, multi-month curriculum focused on scaling product demand, refining business strategy, and receiving elite 1-on-1 mentorship to prepare their tech companies for future institutional fundraising.

Funding Requirements

We accelerate later-stage pre-seed technology startups led by women and underrepresented founders, focusing on scalable SaaS, digital platforms, HealthTech, and consumer web applications with an MVP, early customer traction, or initial revenue.

Value add

We empower underrepresented tech founders through a tailored accelerator with expert mentorship, fundraising support, investor networking, business education, and technical vendor credits.
