Funding Requirements

We invest in early-stage companies with LGBTQ+ representation in leadership (founder or C-level positions). Research consistently demonstrates the superior performance of diverse teams.

Value add

We serve as your trusted sparring partner, offering a safe space for LGBTQ+ founders and leaders. We facilitate connections within the global LGBTQ+ community across countries, sectors, and functions. Additionally, we support your diversity agenda by representing and advocating for diversity-related issues at your cap table.
