Who we are

We act as a strategic partner to startups that have software at their core. We invest technology in exchange for equity, becoming value-adding shareholders with a vested interest in the long-term success of the product.

Funding Requirements

We invest in Pre-seed/Seed and Series A startups building in spaces such as SaaS (especially Enterprise), EdTech/Education, Logistics and Warehouse Management/WMS, Manufacturing, HealthTech/Healthcare.
From a tech perspective, we look to work with Generative AI and Machine Learning, web and mobile digital platforms, embedded software for hardware devices.

Value add

We are smart-money investors that work shoulder to shoulder with founders to ensure the tech side of their startup is built using top-shelf tech expertise at the level of a leading European software development company.
