Launch Factory is a San Diego-based pre-seed/seed VC and company-building studio investing in AI-native companies across healthcare, fintech, proptech, defense, and workforce productivity.

Funding Requirements

We invest in AI-native companies embedding intelligence into vertical workflows across healthcare, fintech, built world/proptech, defense and dual-use, and workforce productivity. We look for proprietary data moats, domain-expert founders, measurable ROI, and land-and-expand potential at the pre-seed and seed stage. Our studio arm also partners with non-AI-native startups for company building.

Value add

We go beyond capital. Our studio model provides hands-on company building support, including go-to-market strategy, product development guidance, talent acquisition, and operational infrastructure. Founders get direct access to our partners and an engaged network of domain experts, follow-on investors, and enterprise customers across our focus verticals.
