Who we are

NJF Capital is the venture arm of NJF Holdings, the investment group founded by Nicole Junkermann. We invest globally across technology and life sciences, backing founders from the early stages with patient capital and an operator's mindset.

Funding Requirements

We back founders in agtech, fintech, life sciences and deep tech, with selective exposure to blockchain and web3 infrastructure. We look for durable technology in large, underserved markets and invest from seed through to growth, across SaaS, IoT, biotech and digital health.

Value add

We back founders for the long haul, not just the round. You get access to our global network across finance, media, sport and life sciences, plus hands-on help with communications, hiring, partnerships and follow-on funding. We're founder-led, so we know what operators actually need.
