Funding Requirements

New Harbor Capital partners with founder-led businesses in the lower middle market across healthcare services, pharma services, business services/essential services, and healthy living and wellness. We target companies with $2–15M EBITDA and write equity checks of $10–40M. We pursue growth buyouts, recaps, and majority control positions.
