Who we are

Newlin Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in Pre-Seed and Seed companies across North and South America. We are committed to supporting our founders and portfolio companies from "Day Zero", often stepping in even before a signed term sheet.

Funding Requirements

We invest in early-stage startups across North and South America, focusing on Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds. We target industries including fintech, IoT, web3, smart hardware, SaaS, B2B2C, mobile technology, food tech, and insurtech. Our mission is to support bold entrepreneurs leveraging technology to solve real problems and build scalable solutions. We do not shy away from "boring" value-providing companies.

We specialize in guiding our portfolio companies from their early stages to successfully reaching Series A.
