Who we are

We are deal managers based in Zurich, investing deal by deal through SPVs in pre-seed to Series A tech and fintech, always with our own money alongside a network of Swiss family offices and finance professionals.

Funding Requirements

We invest in pre-seed to Series A tech and fintech. We back markets and teams we know well, and team and market outweigh financials.

Value add

We work closely with management on strategy, fundraising and round structure, often using CLA tranches to bring strategic co-investors in before a priced round. Our co-investors contribute sector expertise and introductions, and because they invest through one SPV, you deal with a single entry on your cap table and a single counterparty.
