Who we are

Precursor Ventures is a pre-seed and seed generalist fund, where we focuses on investing $50K-500K in pre-PMF companies (as early as the idea-stage!) with excellent founders based in North America.

Funding Requirements

We invest in hardware and software companies at the earliest stage of their development based in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, UAE, and Africa. We are a Bay Area-based generalist fund that invests in people over product. We keep an open, curious mind and have a deep desire to learn about emerging areas and invest ahead of trends.

Value add

We have a lot of experience investing at the earliest stages of a company, often investing at just the idea-stage. Nothing is too early for us! We make quick decisions, usually within a week or two as we know that at this early stage we don't like to waste your time. As a portfolio company, we provide 1:1 support and access to our +400 portcos.
