Who we are

Runa Capital is a global VC firm created by tech entrepreneurs who also founded Acronis ($3.5B valuation), Parallels (acquired by Corel), Odin (acquired by Ingram Micro) and Acumatica (acquired by EQT). Since its launch in 2010, Runa has raised $0.5B+ in several funds, invested in 100+ startups in the US and Europe, and made 25+ exits

Funding Requirements

We invest in 3 target areas:
- enterprise software/cloud business software
- deep tech (AI/ML, open-source, middleware, quantum computing, etc.)
- software for regulated industries (fintech, edtech, digital health).

We invest in deep tech (AI, machine learning, middleware, open-source), cloud business software, fintech, edtech, and digital health startups in the early stages.

Value add

We focus on needs of our portfolio founders, which typically look for more talented people (hiring) and more money (fundraising) in their companies. Besides these obvious areas, we often help them with data for any internal processes, PR and marketing, customer acquisition, legal, finance, access to US and Asian markets, etc.
