Who we are

We are the family office of Pere Hospital, focused on investing in technology companies.

On the venture side, Secways invests mainly at pre-seed and seed, with a focus on B2B SaaS, AI/agentic software and cybersecurity, leveraging the team’s background in software, cloud and cyber. It typically invests €50k–€300k initially

Funding Requirements

We invest in post-revenue startups. We think it is underappreciated by many technologists how many technology companies are, often quietly, building vehicles that have cash flow profiles similar to asset-backed securities. The economy structurally wants those assets and capital for them is extremely abundant.

Value add

We support founders beyond capital through fundraising, investor and commercial introductions, GTM, technology and strategic advice. Our team combines investment experience with entrepreneurial and operating backgrounds, helping us support founders with practical, hands-on guidance as they scale and navigate key decisions.
