We are a Mumbai-based seed fund investing in technology-led startups across India. Sector-agnostic with a deep-tech lean, run by a team with operating and investing experience across finance and technology.

Funding Requirements

We invest in seed to pre-Series A startups in India, writing checks of $30K to $400K with capacity to lead or co-lead. Sectors and keywords: deep tech, robotics, drones, hardware, autonomy, IoT, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, vertical SaaS, AI, applied AI, agri-tech, climate tech, biotech, life sciences, space tech, manufacturing tech, consumer.

Value add

Founders get a sounding board with a team that has built, scaled, and operated businesses across tech and finance. Support spans senior and technical hiring, fundraising prep and intros to Series A leads, GTM strategy, and a multi-decade industrial family office network for manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution in India.

Ownership varies widely across our portfolio, typically ranging from 1% to 15% depending on round size, stage, and check size. We don't gate decisions on ownership minimums when conviction is high.
