Who we are

Tribeca Venture Partners is a New York–based venture capital firm founded in 2011. We partner with founders early and support them through growth, acquisitions, and the public markets. Our investments include AlphaSense, ACV Auctions, ShopKeep, and HoneyBook.

Funding Requirements

We invest in US technology companies at the Series A stage, with a focus on applied AI, vertical software, fintech, marketplaces, and data infrastructure.
