We invest $125000- a) $75,000 as the first tranche when the startup joins the program on a capped SAFE, of which $25,000 gets debited as a program participation fee, b) $50,000 as the second tranche when the startup raises $50,000 or more from an external investor at the lead investor's valuation & instrument of that round c) We also have a Continuity Fund where we invest top performing portfolio of each cohort $250,000 at pre-series A round.

Turtle Venture Studio is aiming to systematically select, accelerate & reduce the risk of early-stage investment through a dual-entity model that provides both capital and
support.

Funding Requirements

Turtle Venture Studio invests in early-stage startups across South and Southeast Asia, targeting high-growth sectors such as Agriculture, Finance, Education, E-commerce & Logistics, Health, and ESG. The fund seeks to provide both capital and strategic support to startups addressing fundamental societal and economic problems, with a strong emphasis on sustainable business models and diverse founding teams.

We actively support early-stage startups in 3 sectors-
1. Customer & Market Validation. (Helping them to find ICP)
2. Business Model Validation (Achieving Product Market Fit)
3. Fundraising (To be Investment Ready for Next Round)
