Who we are

We are Upsidetail, a Vilnius-based syndicate of entrepreneurs, operators and angels investing our own money in early-stage tech across Europe, the UK and the US. We co-invest €200–300k per round through one SPV alongside angel groups and VCs.

Funding Requirements

We invest in pre-seed to pre-Series A startups in Europe, the UK and the US with traction (paying customers or revenue) and a clear moat: AI, B2B SaaS, deep tech, fintech, healthtech, climate and industrial tech. We put €200–300k into a round through one SPV, co-investing with angel groups and VCs, and help close rounds and make warm VC intros. No defence or crypto/web3.

Value add

Operator experience (our members have built and scaled companies to 100+ people across Europe), help closing the round by bringing co-investors from our angel network, warm intros to VCs for the next round, and hands-on support on go-to-market, hiring and fundraising. Every founder gets a clear answer within 2 weeks.
