Who we are

We are a $216M fund, investing in Series A. Our team is the team behind the infrastructure software group at Bain Capital Ventures, where the team was lead investors in Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and Rapid7. 80% of our investments have exited successfully and 40% had billion dollar outcomes.

Funding Requirements

We invest in and lead rounds in infrastructure software and cybersecurity companies with a Seed - Series A sweet spot.

Value add

We are very hands on with our portfolio companies, particularly in helping companies build an Enterprise GTM motion. We offer hands on expertise in GTM, recruitment, and marketing to provide the most value and be a partner to our companies.
