We invest in Israeli deep-tech companies from Pre-Seed to Series A across AI infrastructure, Physical AI, Vertical AI, cybersecurity, developer tools, digital health, quantum technologies, space tech, robotics, semiconductors, synthetic biology, neuroscience, and other frontier technologies.

Our Scientific Advisory Board gives founders direct access to leading academics, cutting-edge research, and long-term technical guidance. We also provide hands-on support with go-to-market strategy, customer and strategic-partner introductions, fundraising, and recruitment.

We typically target up to 5% ownership, with flexibility to invest for up to 10% in select opportunities.
Our diligence covers founders and references, scientific and technical validation by our Scientific Advisory Board, IP ownership and defensibility, product-market fit, scalability, regulatory risk, competition, unit economics, cap table, and legal and financial review. In parallel, we test strategic and M&A potential with relevant multinationals in our network. Clear Israeli DNA is essential.
When due diligence progresses smoothly, we typically reach an investment decision within two weeks of the first meeting.
