York IE® is a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm for technology companies. The company supports ambitious entrepreneurs, operators and investors on their quest to build startups, innovate at scale and disrupt markets.

Funding Requirements

We invest in:
- Startups with at least $500k ARR
- Business to Business (B2B) and scalable subscription-based revenue models (SaaS)
- Recurring revenue that is repeatable, scalable, sustainable, and poised for growth and scale
- Bias towards Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Developer Tools, Vertical SaaS and Tech
- Laggard markets ripe for disruption
- Strong industry and/or technology founder, preferably repeat founder but not necessary,
- Seeking to go to market (GTM) and growth help

As past and present startup operators, we understand the importance of finding a true partner. York IE offers a robust suite of in house advisory services to help our portfolio companies grow. We offer Product Development & SWE, GTM/Marketing, and Financial Planning support.
