Who we are

CityVitae is the Miami-based sponsor, GP, and operating platform behind eMotion Investing. It develops, owns, and operates EV charging infrastructure, using field experience, site selection, technology, and charging network data to support the fund’s deployment and asset performance.

Funding Requirements

We invest in asset-backed EV charging infrastructure in high-potential real estate and mobility locations through eMotion Investing, which owns and operates the assets. Using CityVitae's charging network data, site selection, and operating platform, I target transportation electrification, clean energy, climate tech, distributed energy infrastructure, EV adoption, recurring revenue, private markets, sustainable infrastructure, charging networks, and long-term infrastructure cash flow.

Value add

We are hands-on operator-investors. Through CityVitae, we bring real EV charging experience, not just capital. We support portfolio companies with site selection, project structuring, financial modeling, EV charging operations, pricing, utilization strategy, vendor coordination, customer acquisition, and access to our network of real estate owners, hosts, installers, and infrastructure partners. We help founders move from concept to deployed, revenue-generating infrastructure.
