As your Operational Co-founder, we deploy our internal team to handle the "heavy lifting" of the 0-to-1 phase. 1. Product Construction: We build your MVP (Full-Stack Engineers in-house) to get you to market in weeks, not months. 2. Operational Stack: We set up your CRM, automations, and back-office workflows so your business runs on autopilot. 3. Technical Strategy: We act as your CTO, managing the roadmap and technical debt. 4. Recruitment: We help you hire your first permanent employees when you are ready to scale.

We join the cap table as an Institutional Co-Founder. We typically take form 30% equity (depending on the stage and complexity) in exchange for building the MVP, setting up operations, and providing the initial technical team. Our equity is subject to standard vesting to ensure alignment. We cover our own operational costs.
