All three of our partners are former operators, two of which had large exits. Each brings a high degree of operational expertise and lean in heavily to help our portco's grow. Additionally, the bulk of our investor base are current or former executives at larger retailers and brands. We leverage this network to accelerate customer conversations for our portcos and ideally generate new contract agreements with major brands (ie. Coke, Mars Petco, Home Depot, Estee Lauder, Macy's, etc.)

We typically invest $100K–$250K in seed-stage startups, usually in exchange for a negotiated equity stake, with ownership determined by the company's valuation and round structure, typically resulting in approximately 2%–12.5% equity.
