We typically invest $5 million–$21 million+ in newly created medical-device ventures, with approximately 35%–50%+ equity in early-stage venture-creation structures. ExploraMed creates companies internally, contributes capital, IP, engineering, clinical, legal, and commercial expertise, and then brings in external investors and management as the company develops.
